Are all your products refurbished?
While many of our products are refurbished, tested and sold, we also feature products which are end-of-lease, carton-damaged and brand new! Refer to the product description and products labels for information about the type of product!
What if I'm not happy with my product?
While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, most products are covered by our guarantee*. For terms and conditions regarding your warranty, please refer to the terms and conditions page. If you're concerned about the functionality of your product, reach out to us at any time and we'll do our best to assist you.
Are all your products serviced in-house?
Plain and simple - YES! All our products are assessed and serviced accordingly by our in-house technicians, before being tested and sold.
Can I inspect a product before purchasing?
