Repair, Replacement or Refund
Where a valid warranty claim exists, we'll determine the most appropriate resolution.
Warranty Assessment Process
If a warranty claim is lodged, one of our technicians may inspect the appliance to assess the reported fault. Depending on the outcome of the assessment, NAVA Electronics may repair, replace or refund the product in accordance with our warranty policy and Australian Consumer Law.
